What is a Fiscal Cliff?

Fiscal Cliff is when economies begins sprinkling into a downward motion. The Debt Ceiling is raised, citizen taxes increase, company's taxes spike, employees are let go in order to down size, cutting some of their tax burden; all in the name of contributing to our governments grave errors . Nearly each taxpayer would feel a financial burden. This would effect the operations of businesses and their employees. Subsequently the federal governments is forced to cut their spending's on different governmental programs this would include military cuts and domestic programs.
The alternative minimum tax or the AMT would be another action that congress could take in avoiding a Fiscal Cliff. This is when an extra tax is forced upon a group of people to pay, while still enforcing them to pay their regular income tax. On the other hand other groups of people pay little, or no tax's. But, most people see this tactic as a negative approach. Since it is unfair to the people who are forced to pay more... in other words it is the distribution of the wealth theory.
Payroll Tax Holiday service is an additional away to our economics taking a step out of the Fiscal Cliff. This is when the government takes less of tax from your gross paycheck. So, that you will have more money to spend on other things. Helping boost our economics to growth.

              Obama Care is it a win, win? Or a lose win?

 

   Obama declares that the new health care law will improve our nation and help our citizens in years to come while, removing the United States debt crises as well. But in reality our economy and economics will be spiraling in a downward motion with these new rules and regulations. How will, the Health Care Act, truly affect our economy? 

   The Health Care reform law goes against the Decoration of Independent that our fore fathers established in 1776 for this country. These rules and regulations in Obama Care are biased, eliminating certain ethnic groups and religious groups from participation into his health care penalties. Forcing every other race of the population to buy into his government reformed care; this is truly an attack on our freedom of choice. On top of this, he’s placing our country into debt and setting us up for failure. These new laws will be dictated to us with regulation on our health care insurance. Affordable Care Act of 2010 mandates that each state must have the new Health Care reform law in place by 2014. Once in place the states must surrender to the new Health Care laws. This includes giving your body to the government to take care of. For by the mandate of the HHS (Health and Human Services) they will be allow to inspect your whole life’s private records, bank statements and records, health and if your child is born with a disability you must report this on your IRS on tax forms. The delivering doctor must report this as well to HHS. The incentive in doing so, allows the government to access all information to pre-qualify, family or child to governmental programs. Law located in Health Care Bill, Section 3021,124 stat. “Electronic Matching against exiting federal and State data including vital records, employment history, enrollment systems, tax records and other data determining appropriate by the secretary to serve as evidence of eligibility and in lieu of paper-based documentation.” If the state chooses to not play by the rules and guidelines of the health care law, then the federal government will step in and take matters into their own hands. This includes both States affairs and individual citizen’s affairs. First, by robbing citizens of free choice, eliminating consumers’ choices on health insurance companies and plans they would like to purchase for themselves and or families. By removing competitors, increases health care costs based on competition, of cost between rivalries of Health Insurance Company’s. This operational plan brings us down to one single-player in the Health Care system, Obama Care. Now with power dictating to the public what each individual’s mandatory coverage is per family along with a monthly premium not only does it stop here but; if the government feels you are spending too much of their money (Obama Care) on a terminally ill member of your family, they have the author to terminate support. Furthermore, one can be denied of medical procedures or operation such as a heart transplant or bypass surgery. President Obama also said, “if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor” Under the HHS security code you must apply to visit your regular physician but, if your doctor is not licensed under Obama Health Care you will be denied access. Another thing this doctor will lose his medical license along with other if they’re not practicing under the Obama Health Care. This is documented in the Health care plan under section 1311(h)(1) it reads as stated “Beginning January 1, 2015 a qualified health plan may contract with (B) a health care provider only if such provider implements such mechanisms to improve health care quality as the Secretary may by regulation require.” Subsequent the HHS Secretary will be able to declare what type of medical care or producers doctors can and cannot offer based under The Health Care Reformed Law; even if one has the medical credentials to perform such services. The HHS dictates who can practice and who cannot, what doctor can charge for their services and how much the government will pay out for the services. This dictation will put many doctors out of business. With fewer doctors there will be more patients one must see in a days’ time. Greater waiting times, larger lines, frustrated doctors over worked staff, less take home pay and canceled or postponed lifesaving medical producers all under Obama Care. The government is playing God here. In this short document it shown that our government is slowly taking away our economical freedom, freedom of choice and wrights through the passing of many regulations. Thus placing our country into a Fiscal Cliff threw the mandated Health Care Reformed Act, law.

 

    The idea of the Health Care was not to hurt our economy or force people and companies into changing their health care plans. It was inclined to place more people on insurance. Instead it will remove more people from having their own health care insurance. Currently there are 256.2 million Americans that have health insurance and 30.1milion people have private coverage.  By the year 2019, 32million Americana’s that become insured, 16 million will be add to the Obama Care. 24million will gain coverage and 5million or more will lose their current coverage. Obama declares that, “all individuals will be able to keep their current health care plan.” But, the twist to this policy is when the individual files their income taxes they must show proof of their enrollment in a current health care plan. If the IRS feels that your health care plan does not meet the adequate coverage by their estimates, you will be fined, forced to pay the fine or you can take out additional insurance and or otherwise switch to the Obama Health Care package.  

 

   Obama promised based on the new health care law companies will not be vested to drop or obligated by law to switch their plan. Omitted companies with 51or more employees will be affected by law to purchase Obama Health Care for all their employees who are working full-time or pay the penalty of $2,000 per full-time employee. Damaging the economy in causing, a large percentage of  companies to cut employees hours or fire them. Just so their company can stay afloat in the economy of supply and demand. This will intern place more people on food stamps, and governmental care. Americans that fall under the 133precent federal poverty level will be placed on the Health Care plan. Sadly, the people that are placed on this will plan will only be able to see certain doctors.  These doctors will be low performing and low quality. For the government will remove the amount of working doctors that are allow to help patient’s, which are placed on welfare. Additionally we, the middle class will be paying for all of this through Health Care programs and health care itself by means of increasing our insurance premiums d higher taxes. Furthermore our country is already facing a Fiscal Cliff, and the due to the Health Care it will be doubling the Fiscal Cliff by 2014.  Placing a burden on my generation and generation to come, causing a longer recovering process that my generation will have to solve. Simultaneously my generation young and healthy Americans are more likely to refuse to buy into the health care system and instead pay the penalty. This will be cheaper than being insured.

 

   Obama declared that the health care was the right way to go. But, did he know that his Obama care will cost the United States $2.5 trillion dollar over a ten year span. Alongside the cost curve will increase by $311billion dollars. While our Medicare payroll tax will double from 1.45 to 2.35for personal earnings, this is more than 60precent. Additional paying  income tax of 3.8 on home sells will vary from single to be married, for or an individual will have to pay $250,000 and for family $500,000. How are we the people expected to pay for this when our own government will not and cannot even pay back the loans it borrow from China? No money due to the Health Care cost forcing the legislators to take budget cuts on governmental state programs such as the army, schools, Nassau, Cancer research physicality’s and even, the health care itself. What will we do?

 

  The new Healthcare is like a monopoly game.  The government will win and we will all end up on welfare. In the end our economy will end up worse than we began. Thanks to The Healthcare Program for it is truly a win, win.
